PAL began as something beautiful – a mother and daughter team of trained teachers who dared to dream differently. We saw children struggling not because they could not learn, but because traditional approaches were not meeting them where they were. So we created something revolutionary: a literacy service that embraces international best practices whilst celebrating the unique needs of every Caribbean learner.

The Roving PAL Revolution
Over the years, our mission has attracted passionate volunteers – our Roving PALs – who bring individualised support directly to students in their school placements. This innovative model breaks down barriers, ensuring that quality literacy intervention reaches every corner of our Caribbean communities.

We have partnered with organisations like the Barbados Down Syndrome Association, providing specialised handwriting evaluations and support.
